We called on Thursday 6/29 because our water was out, and 2 guys came out and said nothing was wrong. On Friday morning we called back because it still did not work. We were told Mike had to go water chickens. He showed up at 6pm! He replaced a switch, and we were told again that it was fixed. It worked intermittently during the weekend before completely stopping on Monday. As our AC needs water supply, the issue was critical and had been ongoing for 5 days at this point. We called on Monday morning, July 3, and the receptionist said she would send someone out. After multiple calls throughout the day, we received no additional information, nor did anyone show up. We are now on our 6th day without reliable water or AC.
